Bedrooms
Casa Cosmo offers four beautifully appointed bedrooms, all with private en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one of which features both a bath and a shower, while the remaining two bedrooms are upstairs. All bathrooms include a shower and toilet.
The home features three queen-size beds and one flexible bedroom that can be configured as either a king bed or two single beds. A camp cot is available on request, making Casa Cosmo ideal for families as well as groups.
Living & Dining Area
The living and dining area is open-plan and filled with natural light, featuring glass stacker doors that open onto the garden, braai area, and heated pool. The space offers a comfortable L-shaped couch, additional lounge seating, and a TV with a fireplace positioned below. An eight-seater dining table sits alongside a kitchen island with bar stools, creating an inviting space for relaxed meals and entertaining.
Outside Area
The outdoor space is designed for relaxation and easy entertaining, featuring a heated swimming pool, pool loungers, and umbrellas for all-day comfort. A lush, landscaped garden surrounds the area, creating a peaceful and private setting. The braai area includes a dining table, making it ideal for relaxed outdoor meals, while a putt-putt mini golf area adds a fun touch for both adults and children. A small garden gate opens onto a pathway leading to the boardwalk and beach.
Gourmet Kitchen
The open-plan gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a hob and all the appliances needed for a comfortable stay. Designed to flow seamlessly into the living area, it allows you to enjoy everyone’s company while cooking. A separate scullery provides additional space and convenience, keeping the kitchen effortlessly organised.
Upstairs viewing deck
The upstairs viewing deck offers a relaxed retreat with comfortable couches, an umbrella for shade, and a beautiful space to unwind while enjoying glimpses of the ocean. Perfect for quiet moments, morning coffee, or sunset relaxation.
Extra Amenities
A dedicated housekeeper is available on the property 24/7 to ensure a comfortable and effortless stay. Rooms are freshened daily with beds made, towels changed, and bathrooms cleaned. A light daily clean of the kitchen is also included, allowing you to fully relax and enjoy your time away.
Backup Power
Backup power is provided through an inverter for added peace of mind, and the stove operates on gas, ensuring uninterrupted cooking in the event of a power outage.
Seasonal Comfort
For year-round comfort, the home is equipped with heated blankets during winter, as well as fans and room heaters to ensure a comfortable stay in every season.
Your Stay at Casa Cosmo – Guidelines
Maximum occupancy of 8 guests
No smoking inside the residence.
The housekeeper will freshen up the home every morning. This only includes a change of towels and ‘makeup’ of the rooms. The housekeeper may not be expected to carry out any duties specified by the guests.
No disturbance to neighbours or loud music after 22h00.
No animals are permitted on the property.
No moving or rearranging of furniture.
No tampering with solar/ inverters.
The owner and/or their representatives shall have the right of access to the premises, in order to affect any repairs to the premises, or for any emergency purposes. The guest would be notified timelessly so that the Guest is not inconvenienced.
GUESTS WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF ANY FINES RESULTING FROM NOT COMPLYING TO THE NOISE RULES OF THE ESTATE OR THE DRIVING SPEED LIMITS. THE ESTATE HAS A DRIVING SPEED LIMIT OF 40KM
